Quotes from wardens:

The girls love the family atmosphere, except when they have to get up early or go to sleep when they would rather chat!

The one thing that seems a little difficult to bridge is when they miss their parents and feel slightly homesick. That is when they have to be distracted and given lots and lots of love and special care. Soon they become quite self reliant and start liking to be treated as adults and they love being with all the other children together in friendly, chatty and warm little groups.

HOSTEL

We have separate boarding facilities for boys and girls.

Each child has a bed, a study table, a cupboard with drawers, mosquito net, access to the hostel library, washing machine, plasma TV with DVD and closely monitored watching of satellite TV. Telephones, hot water, purified water and nutritious food are available all through the day.

The students follow an active programme of yoga, jogging, craft activities and study and benefit from additional tuition from resident teachers and wardens. Remedial classes for those who need are also provided for students in the hostel. Celebrations are marked with a family atmosphere including singing, dancing and story telling.
