Communication
- The school takes its responsibility towards boarders very seriously, since a large trust has been placed on it.
- However, this trust and responsibility cannot be discharged by the school alone, and the parent / local guardian must reciprocate through open communication, and prompt responses to communication received from the school.
- The school will communicate all important matters through multiple means, usually a telephone call followed up through e-mail and courier.
- It is the responsibility of the parents / local guardians to ensure that the school has the correct phone numbers and addresses for e-mail and postal communication, and to update these periodically.
- The school will expect prompt responses to its communications. If parents / local guardians do not respond to communications from the school, the school takes no liability for the consequences.
