Terms and conditions
- Parents and students are encouraged to read the School Rules before they proceed to the Admissions Process. A copy of the School Rules is also printed in the School Diary that is given to all students at the beginning of the year.
- Admission is subject to fulfilling all the admission criteria and subject to availability of seats.
- Students who apply for admission during the academic year and who have discontinued their studies even for a short period will only be eligible for admission to the same class in which they were studying before they discontinued. Admission will be subject to the admission criteria above.
- Omega International School offers Hostel facility based on space availability and subject to the student being in Class V - VIII only. We do not admit students below Class V or above Class VIII to the hostel.
- The school reserves the right to decline/cancel admission to the school or hostel to any candidate, without assigning any reason. The decision of the school is final.
- The School also reserves the right to periodically evaluate students on their scholastic/intellectual ability, through the administration of appropriate tests. Parents will be informed in advance of such evaluations and invited to participate in the process.
- Once a student has been informed of his/her selection, all applicable fees must be paid at the Accounts Department by DD or cash (for local residents only) within 3 working days from the date of selection. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of admission.
- Fees are divided into Term Fees (According to the stream of education chosen - Mandatory), Uniform Fees (Mandatory – number of sets according to need), Transport Fees (Optional), Health and Hygiene Fees (snack & lunch – Optional), Boarding fees (for boarders only). Term Fees includes tuition fees, annual fees, books and material needed for the stream of education chosen. Fees for extra-curricular activities will be charged extra.
- Omega International Schoolreserves the right to refuse entrance to students whose fees have not been paid within the due date.
- Fees may be reviewed each year as needed. They may also, in extraordinary circumstances, be reviewed during the academic year. In such cases, parents will be informed of any revision well in advance during the term prior to the term in which the revision will come into effect.
- "Guidelines for Boarders" must to be read by parents and boarders alike before joining the school. A copy of the same is given to the parents in the boarding contract that has to be signed and returned to the School.
