From January onwards at the Omega School, VBSE will be focussed on the value, Spirituality. During this value, students will explore the following principles, through games, stories, dialogues and other experiential activities suitable for their age group :

• Spirituality is the wonderful journey back to our original home; we are souls having a human experience.
• Spirituality helps us to find balance of body, mind and soul.
• Spirituality brings cheerful acceptance and true inner happiness, joy and love, as opposed to fulfilling wishes. It also allows us to accept suffering as a natural part of growth.
• Spirituality can take us to the deepest part of ourselves, with the guidance of a capable teacher. The heart is our true source of guidance and wisdom.
• Enthusiasm is putting God into whatever we do.
• Spirituality gives us an understanding of life and death.
• Spirituality unites humanity as One and allows us to feel connected to all life.
• Spirituality revives our natural childlike sense of wonder, and helps us remove the limitations of the ego.
• Spirituality leads us towards trust and faith, and gratitude and appreciation for all we receive in this life.
• Spirituality is giving. It is also living in tune with Nature with a sense of gratitude for everything.
