Omega Montessori provides job opportunities to passionate Montessori trained teachers. Owing to the continued pandemic, onsite classes are not yet resumed but there is an immediate requirement of facilitators to handle the online sessions. So those who are confident and are passionate about teaching and moulding little minds can apply on our website and if selected you have the option of working remotely online till this academic year ends. The contribution and involvement of the selected candidates will be monitored and on proving one’s capability, a permanent post will be offered to the most deserving from June 2022.
Montessori classrooms are prepared environments designed to meet the developmental needs of each child in every stage of life. A Montessori trained adult plays a significant role in the development of every child’s personality and intellect. Boosting and developing the confidence of the child and thereby building self-esteem is one of the many tasks that a trained Montessori teacher should focus on. Observations with care, systematic nurturing and guidance will help children to develop order, concentration and independence.
MONTESSORI TEACHER JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Requirements –

Bachelor’s degree /Post graduate degree
-
Completed training from an accredited Montessori center preferably AMI
-
Passion and an ability to handle needs of mixed age group (3-6 yrs)

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Leadership and interpersonal skills

Team oriented

Innovative, honest, patient and reliable
Responsibilities –
-
To create lesson plans that focus on developing social, physical, intellectual and emotional skills

To assess individual needs of children and communicate with parents
-
To be able to plan and prepare the environment and create a nurturing, stimulating classroom where every child feels included
-
To observe, evaluate children’s performance, behavior, social development & physical health
-
To update child observation records
-
To ensure that classroom supplies and materials are available and in working condition

To Help children find their path in life

To provide guided learning in a stimulating prepared environment and to closely observe children to determine and meet their individual needs when they need it

To observe each child and present lessons to them when they are ready
