Guidelines for Registration 2023 - 24

  • Duly filled applications are to be submitted online only.

  • Please apply from your desktop or laptop, using the Google Chrome browser. We request you to avoid using mobile phones for applying.

  • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged per application. This will be accepted through the secure payment gateway.

  • Please ensure that the details such as date of birth and name of the student, name(s) of the parents are EXACTLY as mentioned in the birth certificate of the student. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that the student’s birth certificate is complete and correct in all aspects. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the application.

  • Once the application form is filled out with all mandatory fields and the “submit” option is clicked, the system will generate an application ID number.

  • This Application ID number will be used as a reference number to process the application further.

  • The school will process the online forms upon receipt and will intimate the parent about the date of interaction and procedures.

  • The age criteria for the Montessori wing:

MO – 1/1/2020   to   31/12/2020
M1 – 1/1/2019   to   31/12/2019
M2 – 1/1/2018   to   31/12/2018

  • The age criteria for the Kindergarten wing:

PRE KG – 1/1/2020   to   31/12/2020
LKG – 1/1/2019   to   31/12/2019
UKG – 1/1/2018   to   31/12/2018

  • Lalaji Memorial Omega International School offers the MONTESSORI system of education for the early childhood programme in its main campus. We also offer the KINDERGARTEN system, which is operated out of the BMA, Manapakkam Campus. Parents are requested to decide their preference between MONTESSORI & KINDERGARTEN systems when they apply and choose the stream accordingly.

  • For those parents applying for MONTESSORI or KINDERGARTEN streams, they will have an option to indicate their choice of stream of education from class 1 onwards as either CBSE stream or the International Cambridge IGCSE stream at the time of admission itself. Accordingly, they will automatically continue their ward’s education based on their stream of choice.

  • Upon selection, keep the following documents as digital copies in printable document format (PDF) for submission at the time of admission. Please carry all originals for verification process:

    1. Recent passport size photograph (Less than 200Kb)

    2. Birth Certificate

    3. Aadhar Card

    4. Proof of address

    5. Community certificate (if applicable) (SC/ST/MBC/OBC/DNC/BC)

    6. Report card or Progress card for the latest term / semester from the school last attended.

    7. A Certificate from a qualified and licensed medical practitioner showing the blood group and details of allergies and special medical conditions of the child (if any)

    8. For students joining Class XI, kindly furnish if available a copy of Class IX Registration Card and copy of Class X board exam Hall Ticket or Mark Sheet.

    9. Passport and immigration documents

    10. Professional particulars of parents.

  • Please produce 3 passport size color photographs during interaction (taken close to the date of interaction).

  • The date of the interaction once intimated is non-negotiable.

  • The appropriate fees must be paid at the school within the prescribed dates to complete the admission process.

  • Failure to make the fee payment will lead to forfeiture of the admission, without any further obligation resting with the school.

  • Please carry the acknowledgement slip which has the application ID number, when you are called for an interaction to the school.

  • If there are any discrepancies observed between the online form and the original documents, the admission offer may be withdrawn.

  • The final decision regarding the processing and confirmation of the application rests entirely with the school authorities.
