Guidelines for accessing the online fee payment application.

Go to the Fee App and click on “Join Us”. Proceed to enter following details:

  • Your email

  • Type a Password and Confirmation

  • First Name & Last Name

  • Mobile Number (Primary) & Mobile Number (Secondary)

  • Proceed by clicking on“Sign Up”. You will receive a confirmation email

  • To facilitate email delivery, add notification@omegaschools.org to your contacts.

  • Click “Confirm my account” link in your email. Your account will be activated and it will take you to the login screen. (This confirmation needs to be done only once.)

Parents who have already registered in the Fee App can continue to use your credentials.

  • Go to the Fee App page and key in your email address and password that you had used to setup the account at the time of registration. Proceed to Sign In.

  • You will see “My Children” page with details of your ward as per initial registration.

  • The generated e-challan will be attached against your ward/s name respectively.

  • Click on “Pay Challan” to open and view the contents. Please take time to review the child’s ID number, name, class and fee components.

  • The fee components are: (a) School Fee (Mandatory – Term Fee and Tuition Fee) (b) School Utility Fee (Lunch & Transport are optional) (c) SFS Utility Fee (Sports uniforms, Regular uniforms and Shoes)

  • Proceed to making the payment by clicking on “Confirm Payment”. You will be directed to the payment gateway to complete the transaction.

  • Once payment is successful, you can access the Paid Receipt by clicking on “Download Receipt”. Review the receipt and take a print.

  • This receipt need to be produced at the office to collect your ward’s books, notebooks, uniforms and to confirm with the Transport Desk, in case you are availing the school transport facility.
