The ATL team embraced the ATL Community Day last week igniting a dynamic celebration of learning and collaboration. From the early hours, the team greeted enthusiastic student volunteers from Grade 12, joined by the spirited members of Akkas. The students from Velammal School, Kolapakkam, joined the event with contagious enthusiasm, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the celebration.
The day buzzed with engaging activities, from video sessions to hands-on workshops. Notably, Akkas embraced empathy exercises and problem-solving with admirable teamwork. Witnessing their joy during circuit testing was a highlight.

The VBSE Department organized a leadership program at Babuji Memorial Ashram for Grade XII students of the CBSE wing, offering an enriching session on 'Unleashing the Leader Within You'. On day 8, our international immersion program led Omega's delegates to the vibrant city-state of Singapore! 🇮🇳✈️🇸🇬 The day began with a hearty breakfast before diving into the city's rich cultural heritage. From the iconic Merlion statue to the serene ambiance of Fullerton and Anderson Bridge, every stop captivated their senses. The highlight? A PARL CONNECT session at the Singapore Parliament, offering valuable insights into parliamentary functioning and history. Next, they visited NEWater, learning about innovative water sustainability methods. The day didn't stop there! At the lifelong learning centre, delegates engaged in self-discovery, even doing their SWOT analysis with high-tech AI. After a day filled with learning, they checked into the Venue Hotel for a well-deserved rest. Day 9 continued the journey with visits to the Buddha Relic Temple, the National History Museum, and the National University of Singapore. Each stop offered unique insights into culture, history, and environmental management. And on Day 10, the thrill peaked at Sentosa Island! From Madame Tussauds to Universal Studios, the delegates indulged in entertainment and adventure. They wrapped up their Singaporean odyssey with a vibrant shopping spree in Little India, bidding farewell to a journey filled with excitement, discovery, and unforgettable memories! 🌟🎢🛍️

🌱Omega takes a leap towards environmental sustainability! ♻️ As part of the Interact Week celebrations, our Interact Club spearheaded an E-Waste campaign, collecting broken or unwanted electronic appliances. On April 8, 2024, the collected e-waste was distributed to representatives of Wasted 360 for proper disposal. Partnering with RCM, our initiative aimed to raise awareness about the impact of E-Waste on our planet. Through an E-Waste Awareness Programme, our interactors learned about the recycling process and the negative effects of improper disposal. 📱💡 Kudos to our students for their enthusiastic participation and commitment to a cleaner, greener future! 🌍

We are excited to announce that four of our cadets

We are excited to announce that four of our cadets, including 1 from the Army Wing and 3 from the Air Wing, have been selected to represent our school at the NCC Combined Annual Training Cum-Inter group shooting Camp in Kancheepuram this April. These cadets will undergo rigorous training including basic military drills, lectures, field and battle craft, and physical fitness activities, with a special focus on firing training with a .22 Rifle.
